Welcome to Geoffrey Field Infant School

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our school. We are a large infant school situated within a diverse community in the south of Reading with infant and nursery classes.

I feel incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of such a successful school within such a welcoming and supportive community. Our core purpose is to promote learning and to treat each other with respect. The pupils, staff, parents and Governors actively contribute to this on a daily basis.

Our children bring many different strengths and characteristics to the school community which we welcome and celebrate. We continue to feel proud of the children’s positive attitudes and enthusiasm for learning which is evident in everything they do.

Our excellent teachers and highly skilled support staff ensure that the curriculum offers a wide range of learning experiences based upon the needs of the children. Your child’s time in our school will equip them with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to thrive now and during the next phase of their education.

We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child. Please come and visit our school or watch our video so that you can see our vibrant school environment.
